my ECAS isn't updated at all....

We're on same boat. My timeline is very similar with yours except visa office!
And also my ECAS status is same. The line was added 2nd line
 
Today I received an email with the subject like:

"Update on IRCC processing capacity / Mise à jour sur la capacité de traitement"

Wondering what this email is about?

Right? I saw it as well... I guess they don’t want anyone holding them to the 1 year timeline? Just guessing...

Medicals did on March 25
June 11 2020 application
Outland spouse....now waiting to get biometrics

Yeah maybe!! Medical is last for us on our way to get that done now. Bio exempt. Hopefully DM will not be too delayed. Have you heard anything again? It also seems like it went out to representatives only.

Still waiting for PPR. Beijing is very fast in issuing DM recently so I imagine it will be quick for you
