Don't worry, it doesn't mean you app is cancelled or anything. As mentioned, it is useless, if it comes back don't pay attention to what it shows.

After the app is sent to another VO, you usually get advised of that but not always, especially during covid. Your app will change from IN PROCESS to received, once it changes back to IN PROCESS again that is what we refer to as AOR2.
