After pre-arrival u can expect a PPR all of a suddenECAS status update:

but no email, what could be the thing?
Got DM on January 8.. praying for ppr this week Jan 28 or 29I would not say so.. Ottawa has a thing of doing MASS PPR instead of just setting you to DM/PPR on the same day.. CPCM does that.
I have DMd in ECAS on January 14 but no PPR
Yeah hopefully... If it does not come in by then I fear for the worst that they do it quarterly
Pre-arrival is system generated when applicant is 100% OK , thus no worries ,.
But if you did not receive pre-arrival, then I replied to wrong person by mistake. Looks like your file was gone to delhi and not even picked up? Same here MAY app ; our file is gone there not even looked at. Here a BIG SILENCE period may follow as NDVO is badly backlogged with 2018-19 files

My own guess looking at 2018-19 files in NDVO; our file will be touched in 3-4 months if we are very lucky+ 2 more months for interview so 6 months courage/patience we got to have and if NDVO does not pick up speed it could be worst say to the end of this year! QQ--Some NDVO got VISA how come?
YES they did because they were dealt with Ottawa 90% till pre-arrival letter. But I request any 1 here from 2020 applicants to reply here, whose file was directly or via Ottawa gone to NDVO and have pre-arrivals or PPR. Thank you

All files are sent to VO finally. If dealt in Ottawa pre-arrivals are issued to lucky ones, then physical files go by their special couriers. Like our file went to Ottawa physically, stayed there , was sent physically to NDVO, she was made to sit behind BIG long LINE up, now she will wait for its turn for many more months,,who knows as we are now in lineup of ND . Now one can send/add anything by scanning it will reach electronically to VO
