Is everything in the new tracker except ceremony marked "completed"? The test alone marked completed doesn't mean DM.

When a decision is made on your application, you'll see Language, Physical presence and Prohibitions all set to "Completed" in the new dashboard. In ECAS , you'll see "Decision Made". There is no email updates for this.
