I guess issue itself is marriage. Better apply for gcms and get detailed notes before reapplying

I never stated any of that. I'm just stating it here. They'll know I got married already I sponsored my sons father. I just never got divorced. I can't get married if I'm still married. I've seen people get approved on here for the purpose of marriage as their reason lol. Not everything they say in these forums is bible. Just have to look at each situation on its own.

You need someone with valid PR or citizenship for this.

any other way possible? i have none... i dont want to burden my uncle who has sent the invite with this.. also i feel he already done much by filing and sending the invite with papers

Yes you can apply using 3rd party website like getgcms something. You can google it. They charge around 1k.

i am thinking about doing that but it says wait time for report is 40 days , so i think i will order notes just for knowledge but in the meanwhile i will try my best to fix the info and re-apply as i cant wait that long for re apply since i will miss the wedding ... sorry to be such a hassle but do you happne to know any place where we can get expedited notes...

Application was from my BF in Jamaica. I knew I had a slim chance but nothing tried...

After your biometrics was updated in your account, did you get biometrics correspondence letter or did they denied without even sending the correspondence letter?

No its not possible. I applied for notes on 25th may and got them yesterday. 30 days is minimum time.

After your biometrics was updated in your account, did you get biometrics correspondence letter or did they denied without even sending the correspondence letter?

They will send biometric letter and refusal together

P.S since you have received the notes, how informative are the notes.. i mean was it general errors pointed out, or did you learn something that will surely help in correcting the application

That is 50 page report. Its informative as my refusal letter suggested , i will not return India based on purpose, which was not the actual reason.
Actual reason was vague purpose and no travel history to consider, which i got to know frm gcms notes only.

I did...I don't think it was detailed enough. So I'm going to fix that. I want to be more honest in this one and just please our case. He's Jamaican so its hard enough as it is to get him here this way. I think people give up or don't even try just to not waste money. But I'm going against that.

I just want him to meet my family. I'm waiting on the last part of my divorce. I've been separated 8 years just never got officially divorced. I plan to marry my BF. But not on this trip. He wants us to get married in Jamaica and give me the wedding I never had so there really are no plans to overstay. My birthday is next month. He just wants to be here for it.

His financials are not that great. But My sis gave me a loan to try and help with that. Yes its a long shot overall but I don't like to give up easy. It's not in my DNA.

Marriage is probably one major reason for the denial I guess... but best wishes for the next application
