Prime Minister extended travel restrictions until August 21 so unfortunately we will continue in the long wait

Travel restrictions don't apply to approved spouses
It applies when your sponsorship has not been approved and you do not have a visa to travel and while this continues it will not be processed regularly, there are many that have already completed 12 months and I have not yet received news (I include myself). travel restrictions by covid 19 indirectly affected people who are waiting for confirmation of permanent residence, understand?

Hi can you convert outland application into inland application

Short answer is no. You would have to withdraw the outland app and start again from the beginning for inland. For most people there would be no benefit to do that. Generally outland apps are processed a bit quicker than inland but that was pre-covid, what will happen in processing times for out or inland now nobody really knows.
