I probably wouldnt do that.. with the Coronavirus they arent approving new visas right now and the chances of approval are slim.. i am june 19 applicant and my husbands file is in ndvo since nov 1 and i have recvd no updates.. I dont understand the delay and how others are getting dms and pprs but i guess its out of my hands and we have to wait. I would wait it out and see. There is the 12 month timeline they give us. I thought of applying for my husbands visitor visa but he would probably get denied. Hang in there.. but you can seek legal advice from immigration lawyers. Im sure they will advise you against it as well. Hope that helps and good luck!Applied 3rd June 2019
