To be fair, my background check was never shown as completed during processing. It only said completed until after my interview. Even when I recieved my AIP/SA it still said "processing background" so I wouldn't worry too much on that.

I received my PR card yesterday. It took 15 working days from my landing interview.

Update: Received the PR card in the mail yesterday (6 working days after the interview).

Got my DM on Jan10 and still waiting for a landing interview from Vancouver office, almost 2 months now, is that normal?
Hi there, assuming you mean Feb 24 2020 then you generally have to wait until a few months to receive AOR, which is the email you're after. However, when we say recieved quickly after the date sent it meant when the cic recieved it in the mail not when they began processing.
Do you have a tracking number of when you sent your package? if cic recieved it then you'll probably receive an email in a few months.
