Anybody’s background has started yet ?

My started yesterday (We are reviewing your background check ) but no medical yet , is anybody with the same situation or any idea about this ?

AOR. - 6th June

I don't understand why... I called them several times but they don't answer me anything. It's getting frustrating. It's been a month since I have been able.to.link my work permit.

Looks like i made a mistake, should have waited another week and applied in July

We called cic this morning. The lady said to call at the 4 month mark if we haven't received it. She said ours was in edmonton.

Yes. For myself it has been approved for two years.

May applications just started receiving medical request. I received mine today. May 26th applicant.

wow i wish i could be a few days later than you to receive the request.....hahahah probably dream about it...

They both go hand in hand. I did the Restoration of Status which requires a medical request but they didn't ask for it because they know I'm gonna get one for the PR application. The medical request will work for both the extension and for the PR. When you get it done, just send a webform with a your application details and tell them where you got it done and they will add it to your sponsorship file as well.
