Everyone: I think it would be super helpful to everyone if you included your timeline in your signature - it would give everyone an idea of estimated waiting times. If you'd like to add your timeline to your signature, it's very easy:

1) Click on your username at the top right
2) Select 'Signature' (second from the top)
3) Write in your timeline and click save changes :)

Hi guys,

MY CIC said that My OWP is approved today (SEP 25, 2019).

My application with OWP sent JUNE 12, 2019
Received June 13th
Aor July 23, 2019
Owp linked Sep 12th,2019
Owp approved in my CIC: SEP 25, 2019

I will post more once my cic update

Did anyone receive a medical request? I saw one on the google sheet...

Application received: 12th June, 2019
AOR: 25th July
OWP approved: 26th September

There are a LOT OF PEOPLE who already finished their whole application process from MARCH in just SIX months wtf... I have seen most people from March for their medical exams in 60 days and we don't have dates for medical exams ad it has been nearly four months

Hi, my common-law’s application (PR +OWP) was received on Aug 2nd and we received AOR email on Sept. 7th.
Back in March, our application package was returned due to missing signatures, ending my common law’s implied status. We got her status restored but now it’s expiring on Sept. 30th.
My question is, should we extend her visitor record or is it certain that we will get her OWP since we already have received an AOR?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You already sent your OWP with the PR application. They will send the OWP to Edmonton to process it separately. So in my opinion, there's no need to extend your visitor record. You're just gonna have implied status. Just wait for it.

You knew from the beginning that it takes about a year so anything less than that is a bonus.
