You are PR hence nothing to worry about whether you work or not. So certainly it doesnt affect citizenship application.i have question regarding oath ceremony. I recently lost my job and i am in line to receive the oath ceremony invite. Just wondering if the ceremony clerk or judge ask for current job situation. Also does not having job affect citizenship application.@rajkamalmohanram
I hope your interview went well.2nd Fingerprints submitted on 05th June
Just completed the interview today. It was around 10 minutes. Basically verifying original documents such as passport, PR card, driving & health license. The officer had some questions about my travel history which I was able to answer successfully. Additionally, the officer inquired about my profession & what I do. Finally, I was informed that once they receive the clearance from RCMP regarding my fingerprints, my oath ceremony would be scheduled. That's about it & it went really well.I hope your interview went well.
How long was the interview? and What type of questions they asked you? Please share your experience.
Thanks
