Generally the ECAS status becomes "Complete" once IRCC mails the citizenship certificate.

Hi ,
Has anyone had "Decision Made" since the lockdown? I wrote and passed test in January 2020, since then no word from IRCC on next steps. I do notice people getting oath invite are either have been scheduled before the lockdown or have gotten DM before the lockdown. Just wanted to know if anyone got DM after lockdown. PS. I am in Ottawa

I have completed my virtual citizenship oath ceremony just before .my journey is completed from today as a immigration process .
.it went well and smooth . Now i am officially canadian from today . Thank you for all who help me a lot .
Dear admin , Pease update my date on sheet .
I got oath invitation sep 1 and ceremony was completed on sep08 .I wish you guys will very soon get exam date and ceremony .

I just got the Virtual Oath invitation this morning for next Tues, Sept 15. My oath was scheduled on Mar 28 and got cancelled, I am from Vancouver.

Hi, I'm in the same situation. Wrote and passed the test on February 11, 2020; since then no update on status. Also in Ottawa.
Same here, I did my test in January and my status is still in process. I contacted my local MP last month to find out what's delaying it. They contacted IRCC and told me my background and physical presence are still being verified (I traveled a lot to the States and provided the i94 travel history during my interview). However, last week I received a Fingerprints Request.
Btw I'm a Montreal applicant from August.
My mom is 60 and doesn't need a test, just an interview. We had a date set for it at the end of March, but it was cancelled. I see that a lot of people had a virtual ceremony. Is there anybody here who had a virtual interview after Covid shut down? Can this be done under some sort of special circumstances?

I am beyond pissed. At the test and interview, the officer mentioned that everything was fine and that I should expect oath invite 6-8 weeks. I dont know if these guys are trained to lie

Stay clam . I did my test and interview dec30 and decision made on dec 31 . I got my oath invitation sep 1 and oath day sep08 . Everything will be gonna ok .
