Hi All,

I see a lot of application returned in May, June : Any particular trend or or pointers future applicants should keep in mind. Any pointers would be great.
What are the common application return reason - is there an existing tracker or thread about that.
Have a great day , to all .

Major reasons for returned applications that have been reported on this forum include;
1. Absence of birth certificate for a child
2. Failure to tick a box (CBSA, CRA/tax e.t.c)
3. Incomplete/miscalculation of physical presence days
4. Use of IELTS academic certificate instead of General

Does the subject of citizen application for minor same as adult? My both AOR for adult and minor looks identical. Is that normal?

Please add me to the tracker:

If you need anything else to add to track sheet let me know.

Your name does not appear in the Tracker for June. If you wish to be added we will need the full set of data.
The next step after the AOR is the IP in about 5 weeks time.
The invitation date will vary by location Suggest you look at the historical data for your location

what is IP?
I already put my info to be added

IP means "in Progress" basically that your local processing office has began to check you application in detail and are conducting security and criminal checks and the like.

Is IELTS required for all applications , even if it can be supported by education, degree certificates.

IELTS is not required for all applications. You just have to show proof that you are proficient in English or french. This can be shown by IELTS general, a diploma certificate or degree certificate in English and some other equivalent tests for french language. There is a lot more information on the government of Canada site.

I don't see the recent updates on the spreadsheet. Does it usually take time?
