Oh ok ..I just wrote my test on Mar 15th ..I’m so tired of waiting since June 2019 ..all still in progress except test
your background check isnt complete, thats usually the only thing done. if you have done the test and it updated in the tracker. try emailing that link that was in the test invite. i resorted to just sending them like 2-3 emails a month until i got a response that my app was fwd to the appropriate agent . im my email i stated the same how patient can someone be for waiting since 2019??
Hi, I have applied in June 2019 and had my interview and test in February 2020. I haven't heard anything since then
My tracker shows that my application was last updated in April 2021. I have tried to contact them using the webform and called them multiple time, but failed to get an answer more than it's still in progress. Any idea what I can do?

Email your MP and ask for assistance. Include your info, such as the id number you use when inquiring online, your date and location of birth, all the dates since you applied, aor, in progress, test, interview, etc.
I was also June 2019 and I emailed my MP and got quick results. Had my online oath in November.
They will after 2 months normally. But very rarely they become useful. Get a lawyer to file mandamus.

Write to your MP explaining the circumstances he can probably get a response from IRCC
Mine replied within 48 hours. I am in British Columbia. I received help from them for my citizenship and then for my passport.
That is awesome
I know a case in NS which was not followed up with MP, and in Toronto area, the cases are so many and the offices are so busy. It takes hugely longer. Normally not a demandful result
