Suggest you contact the IRCC. As a precaution it might make sense to simply write the test.Hi all,
I just had a question, I have already applied for citizenship my education was in canada so i didnt have to submit any proof of english language . My wife is applying hers now she has given general training IELTS in 2014 in Australia before we moved to canada . Now the thing is she doesnt have the marksheet and when we contacted the centre in australia they told us the test form is too old to get a copy , but they send us the test report form number of that IELTS test . She has current valid academic IELTS but i suppose she cant submit that . when my wife called the immigration someone told her you can submit a letter explaining your situation . I dont know how safe is it
could anyone please help if someone has had a similiar situation ..
Thanks in advance
Thank you , Just wanted to ask if her entire education is in English then still we have to submit IELTS as proof of English requirement.Suggest you contact the IRCC. As a precaution it might make sense to simply write the test.
If you can provide a degree or diploma which shows you took a formal education at an English speaking institution (e.g. a university degree in the USA or England or Canada) then you can send that degree as proof. There is a difference between taking English as a course and taking a degree in another topic but it was taught in English).Thank you , Just wanted to ask if her entire education is in English then still we have to submit IELTS as proof of English requirement.
