i received my PPR on Dec 5 2019. I have sent my passport the next day to New Delhi to get my visa.

Now i wait for my passport to come back.

well, after i paid and uploaded proof, it took about a week before it changed to "we are reviewing the additional documents you provided"
It has stayed like that up till today, even after application was approved.
