Hello!
The employment/ reference letter doesn't have an expiry date.
I believe if you're using one that was signed 6 months ago, it should be fine as long as your work experience of at least 1 FT year is reflected, and is within 3 years of the time you submit your express entry profile.
If you want to use any hours you've worked since then, you'll need a new letter.

This scares me a little. My reference letter was issued about 7 months into my job and stated I was in a FT permanent role, as did the job offer I submitted alongside it in my PR application. I wonder if they'll flat out reject it, or do a follow up call or an ADR for a more updated letter that reflects a year of work.

ADR (Canadian police certificate): 16 July 2019.
Ghost update email:17 July 2019. ( I think that means I reached IP1 stage)
Biometrics done and updated in profile: 18 July 2019.
ADR submitted in profile: 30 July 2019
ADR status changed from “we need additional documents...” to “ Not Applicable”.: 31 July 2019

Hi All,
I got ADR for IELTS score copy to be uploaded. Any one else who got that ? And can anyone suggest potential reason as to why would they ask so ? I hope this wasn't done just to extend the timeline for processing. However, I have uploaded it the same day. There is no other update to my application - not even MEP but BCG is in progress.

I do not know why they would ask for that. I thought that putting the ielts number form in your profile would be enough. However, I know some people were asked for copy of Ielts form. Maybe they just want to verify just in case

They just got back from the holiday, some staff may not get back till tomorrow, even next week. Cases are always slower before and right after holidays. Your case should be updated soon. Dont worry
