I got a copy of a file ( one or two pages, can't remember) from doctor after did the medical exam and I uploaded that paper.

CEC application- can do the medical test before AOR.
PNP application- can do the medical test only the immigration office told you to do so

My consultant told me that when he was preparing the file, it asks to provide proof of medical
MEP: 24 July
got an email this morning July 25, but nothing changed.
BG check says: "We're processing your background check..."
Am I at False IP2 or Real IP2?
Ghost Update #2 or Real IP2 - "In progress" 2: Background Check changes to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." No email.
Yes I did upfront medicals and received confirmation that I passed the medicals on July 23rd. As long as you have ITA you can do upfront medicals which is what I did.
I still did the upfront medicals and got confirmation I passed. I guess it depends on the case officer hey.

I guess two more ghost updates and you will get the golden email.
Our dates are very close, but I haven't noticed any ghost updates so far. Someone told me I'm in false IP2.
