June 2018 student visa applied from Los Angeles updates

I am an international student in Las Vegas. I wanted to take my bachelor's in Canada. I never violated any immigration law. I stayed in a country within my visa limits. My travel history showed that I haven't been home for quite sometime though.

I am from the Philippines. I left in 2011 to work in Singapore. I then traveled to the US in December 2014. I took an Associate's degree and just graduated recently. Right now I applied for OPT here in the US. I can start working once I receive the go signal.
My next plan is to apply to the Express Entry program. I am eligible now. I just wanted to go to Canada soon to continue my bachelor's.
Thank you. I'm still waiting to hear back from lawyer to make sure that everything is fine with the TRP and study permit.. I'm sure there will be more decisions this week!
