Am Najabad14 also from Ottawa, when did you expecting oath letter?
Secondly when you got test invite your ecas changed immidiatly or take few days to appear 4th line of text invite?

Am asking this question because I got test invite on 18th December but my ecas still shows your application is in process 4th line still not appear like test inviting line etc.

Received invite for Oath Ceremony and although ECAS now shows Decision Made, 4th line has not appeared. Cheers!

Happy new year everyone! Received Oath invitation today for 18 January 2019 too. I am in line 24. However, I will have to get it rescheduled cause I will not be in Canada at that time.

Hmmm... another 2 hours drive to Ottawa. LOL! Congratulations.

The only change is the status, no change to the content and I'm still waiting for the oath letter. No idea when should I expect the letter, it's very random dealing with CIC.
