So I rang today after almost 2 weeks - no movement at all since last call. My application is still in Ottawa with no BG or criminality check started. Who said Ottawa is fast...seems like lazy bunch to me or at least my officer! Anyhow, looking at this forum, there are plenty others in the same situation of long painful ride (rather than express journey of others). Good luck and have a nice weekend.

same as mine! Stuck in IP1. RPRF requested & paid: July 10th, 2018. My application is being processed in Ottawa. No idea why some cases are processed too slow!

you will see application updated in your profile page but nothing changes in your status. typically it leads to PPR within a day or two.

Absolutely.. basically in background what happens is.. an ircc officr who is handling your case .. clicks a button onnhis side closed.. which means basically file closed with approval.. which updAtes the server with fake ass update.. and then 5 batch hob run till 11 pm est at fixed intervals sending out pprs , but it gas upper limitv till what time it shoudl consider

Medical did on 26th Sept 2017 and should be expiring in couple of months
Medical Status first showed passed and than changed to we are reviewing your medical results
Background check shows your application is in progress and we will let you know when we start you background check
should i contact cic regarding my application status as I have no idea what is going on with my application?
If yes, how should i contact them?

If pcc is asked until you give then its on hold.. and if you have uploaded it might be being processed
