We might as well entertain ourselvesI think today is going to be another dry day. Half a day has already gone in Canada and no news yet. Generally it starts trickling by now.
still waiting... you all will get to canada before me and i'll have so many people to forward my resume toHey desperate person with PCC, where have you been all this while? Did you already got your ppr or eagerly waiting like most of us?
does the GCMS notes turnaround time depend on if the visa office is outside canada or inside?Give it a day or two. Mine came on the 32nd day
No it doesn't.does the GCMS notes turnaround time depend on if the visa office is outside canada or inside?
when we call customer service it says that agents dont have any info if the VO is outside canada so does that effect the days it takes to get gcms notes. Mine is NDVO.
Yes, a lot of us got an email about the addition of a progress bar to the each applicants application profile on CIC's website.
I was banking on thatstill waiting... you all will get to canada before me and i'll have so many people to forward my resume to
Have you considered raising a CSE on the 19th? I've been seeing some interesting responses. Some of it may be policies and processes but in your (all Ip2 / Ghost update folks) its probably plain bad luck. I think the biggest factor in all of this comes down to the rub of the green going your way. @sid1987's AOR is June 19 ... same as mine and it is said US based applicants get their PPR sooner. He got his like in one month. Another friend of mine in USA got like in 23 days. BUT, my luck was that my application landed up in Montreal.
Even till there it was fine as we can see on Montreal thread that they issued PPRs uptill 2nd week of June folks. Gave some 3rd week guys IP2 / Ghost updates but without PPR (but atleast some indication file is touched) and then issued PPR to someone from 21st June.
In all of this my file has no update. On my previous call I was told it has not been touched since 7 August. Now some of this slowness is attributable to how things work in Montreal which is an established fact by now. But I do know that this week they will go ahead and even issue some July candidates PPR (based on trend). I don't think there is any other explanation why they won't touch my file other than random chance. I think we probably have better odds in Roulette in a casino in Vegas than guessing when my file will be picked by Montreal now.
Of course I will. Without fail.Have you considered raising a CSE on the 19th? I've been seeing some interesting responses.
I never received such email. Would it be an issue?Yes, a lot of us got an email about the addition of a progress bar to the each applicants application profile on CIC's website.
NoI never received such email. Would it be an issue?
@DanFariasM buddy when I had asked what will happen first whether we touch 800 pages or IP2/Ghost update guys get their PPR. How I wish you had said 1000 instead of 1200. I guess if you had bought a lottery ticket that day you may have been a millionaire!!You spelled 1200 wrong
I presume, it would be better to call 1-2 days after aor date.Of course I will. Without fail.
Ha ha I don't even know now but yes I will do everything in my hands. CSE / Call whatever. Hopefully someone will show some mercy!I presume, it would be better to call 1-2 days after aor date.
