No, I don’t advocate anything for freeI knew it.
Weren't you the advocate for creating a signature in the early days? what happened to yours?
Yes. It is very hard to deal with the unknown. I have moved into IP2 on 1st November. Till now no PPR mail. Some person got their PPRs immediately after moving into IP2Yes sitting on couch waiting for PR takes enormous strength and courage.
Now this is the line I don't entirely agree with but meh ... kind of true as well. This is one of those lines that could become an IELTS topic of discussing both sides. Since you have spoken for one side let me say a few things for the other side.Canada is doing you a favour by giving you PR, its not the other way round,

Canada is doing a favor .. is true to some extent but not the absolute gospel truth. It would have been an unqualified truth if we were asylum seekers with no real skills for the Corporate world and Canada was assuming responsibility of our food, shelter and education. Everyone in FSW O is highly educated and with good work experience and will definitely contribute to Canada's economy. And we will fight out own fights in terms of finding jobs and shelter. We will pay the same taxes. If they didn't need people from outside they would not have such a program in the first place. Yes it is supply and demand and supply being high they can behave as if they are doing a favor.
It is like this when an employer gives me a job they can behave for first few weeks as if they did a favor to me. But I also contribute to the company's success so the favor argument ends after a while.
There are two sides of the coin and I think the other side also deserves some respect and not be treated like this. I get it they have processes, and every file is different and all the other blahs blahs that exist. BUT there is no denying that the process could be a little more transparent. Having said that I know for sure it will never ever happen.

I would meet you too buddy.. And that would have been a surety. The job offer I missed out on because of no PR was in Ottawa. But anyways let's see what the future holds ...Yeaaa thisnoerson is good... i would love to meet cansha.. i meeting navin next week though
I do not disagree and for now US is behaving as if it won't impact them. I have heard stories of people doing higher studies in US and not been able to obtain an H1B .. That is not sustainable. The Indian and Chinese students contribute Billions in US education industry. Pick any college / university Indian and Chinese students make a good chunk of it. If it continues like this no one is going to take loans and study there. Every action has a reaction .. and sometimes a delayed reaction.@cansha there is another story to it.. many are h1b people got rejected or hehehe green card quueu .... we move here still work for us eh

Truth is US is the biggest job market in the world. For the same skills set I can see many more jobs in the US than any other developed country. And hence they also need immigrants to fill the gap. I think what Canada is doing here is smart. They are kind of "poaching" the talent that US has. Now, it all depends on the leadership in Canada how best they exploit this situation. If I were a business / political leader I would start setting up offices in tier 2 cities of Canada. Let's see how Canada wants to play their hand. If they play it well their economy can see a huge jump.
