I confirmed with CIC agent on call that my file is approved and waiting for final PPR procedure. I have to travel to India on 23rd Nov and return on 27th Dec. I am not sure I would be able to get my PPR stamped before that looking at current delays. I have a valid work permit currently.
I have made up my mind to get my file transferred to India and get it stamped there itself with my spouse. Can anyone suggest me how much time will it take for IRCC webform response (for location change)? Is there any other way to get this sorted?

I confirmed with CIC agent on call that my file is approved and waiting for final PPR procedure. I have to travel to India on 23rd Nov and return on 27th Dec. I am not sure I would be able to get my PPR stamped before that looking at current delays. I have a valid work permit currently.

Not sure if it’s a good idea to change locations since the stamping could take more than expected hence you wouldn’t be able to travel back on Dec 27th, I’d rather ask for a deadline extension after getting your mail and explain them you will be traveling.

Also, aren’t inland applicants supposed to have an interview instead of having to send passports? Anyway if you made up your mind already, normal CSE takes about a couple weeks but they give priority to info changes such as location and you should get answered in a couple days tops.

I was told about the interview by recent CIC agent (who informed me about approval), but when I had called previously I was told to raise a CSE and get the office changed.

Thank You for the reply. I would try calling them again and get it confirmed from their end. I have already got return tickets for my spouse and all plans (work leave and travel) would be shattered if something doesn't go as planned. Anyways many ppl are facing bigger problem than me so I would hope a faster PPR for all of them and me.

Mine also same file approved June 8th AOR but I am not travelling to anywhere but waiting PPR to COPR Procedure. FYI, once PPR email sent you will have 30 days time to complete the COPR process else the concern application will get rejected automatically.
Web-form usually takes about 2 weeks to update minimum. By the time, I believe you' d receive an PPR email. If you have, valid status like work, study permit to entry back would be fine to travel. however, as its crucial time to complete final stage.
Its kind of little complicated at this point. what happen if the web form takes more time to update instead of usual 2 weeks as we all know how CIC works! its always a Myth. I wouldn't take this risk unless if its a real emergency.
If you still want to, better attach a LOE with your Web-form why do know want to go for? because, it makes your file complicated as the works done inside the country as Inland applicant. I don't know how they will process just for landing procedure in other country that's whole new process. Inland and outland applicant totally 2 different thing. Call CIC agent to ask your query or spend some money to good immigration lawyer for 30 minutes appointment. Hope, this will help little better.

The status on my cic profile has still not changed.
