I read this on an another forum..So CIC just messaged us asking for a Schedule A... even though we already uploaded one in the Letter of Explanation field. Does that perhaps indicate that we made an error in the original schedule A? Would appreciate feedback
I don't think that's true. Schedule A is also asked for when you answer yes to a statuory question (eg. visa refusal), which I did. I'm 99.99 % sure there are no gaps in travel history or personal history, we checked 10 tens, then slept on it, checked 10 tens more, had someone else check and then submittedI read this on an another forum..
Schedule A is only asked when there are gaps in your personal or travel history. If you do a through job in filling your forms, you will not receive any ADR. In all the application I have worked for, none of the applicants received any ADR.

AOR date please?Yaaay, just checked my CIC profile. Medical passsed!! And they started reviewing the documents Yaaay.
It's in my signature But in case you're on your phone or something it's 19th of June! So they took a little timeAOR date please?
I had UK visa refusal twice and answered Yes to the statutory question but I did not get any schedule A request! My AOR 12th June, MEP 27th June and IP1 28th June.I don't think that's true. One case does not disprove a tendencyI had UK visa refusal twice and answered Yes to the statutory question but I did not get any schedule A request! My AOR 12th June, MEP 27th June and IP1 28th June.
BTW- are you in IP2 now?ADR was on June 20th and we submitted it on the 21st. They wanted detailed information for a 2 year time period, residency, occupation travel etc. There was a job letter for that time period but it wasn't very detailed and only listed the last country worked in.
On the 21st it changed to "reviewing the additional documents" and then to "NA" today-July 5th.
Oh No.I don't think that's true. Schedule A is also asked for when you answer yes to a statuory question (eg. visa refusal), which I did. Thank you for inputs I called CIC they said I can move to us for work and can change address if required as all documents if any will be done through online ..once PPR request comes I can send passport to Ottawa office and with return label address as wherever required if it's in US ..also they said it's ok as it's intra company transfer and offer provided by same company even my payroll changed to US and after receiving COpr I can enter Canada for activating Pr card and then can leave to us if required but I have to stay 730 days within 5years in Canada to retain Pr status ..I asked them to confirm all in mail but they could not send in mail only voice ...hoping no issues .experts please provide your inputs ..mainly while entering Canada what questions will come or if any query will be raised or do I need to confirm that I will stay 1year per job offer ..pls advise thanks for all ur inputs... phew.. okay.. here you go.. as per my understanding:
1) You may inform CIC about change of your address.
2) You SHOULD NOT send your passport away from you while in the US.
3) You can request CIC to change your visa office to US-visa office by specifying your location so that you can submit your passport there itself and receive it back with stamping.
4) After CoPR, you will have few months to travel to Canada on your PR visa before your medicals expire.
5) Once you land and your application for PR card kicks off, you can go back to US but the PR card would be sent to the mailing address of Canada that you'll list in your post-landing application.
6) Since you would already have a Canada Work Visa, so you can come to Canada using your work-visa.. Or you can enter Canada via the US on a non-commercial vehicle and get your PR Card. Then you are free to travel anywhere with your PR Card..

This is a high-level picture and as per my knowledge.. I just informed you just to reassure you that your situation is not as complex as it sounds and that you should not worry too much about it.. But just confirm the same with CIC or someone credible..
No the NA was in the ADR section. I'm still IP1.BTW- are you in IP2 now?
