Your file has not been touched even when you added additional documents. That’s the reason they don’t have estimation on when a decision will be made. It totally depends on officer whom your file is assigned. If officer picks your file soon it will be cleared earlier else no one can predict how much time it will take.hello guys,
AOR june 5th
Medical cleared on 15th june
IP1 since then
ordered 1st gcms notes(15th december) : RR for POF(because we showed a little EPF amount which they didn't accept)
raised CSE on 15th jan with updated POF(with more than what is required)
didn't have ny update in the account not even a additional document review
ordered 2nd gcms notes: again the same thing RR for POF(which they didn't even c the updated one yet)
called them...agent was really good...she told she has no idea how much longer it will take...but she surely said that it wont be sooner and hopefully what ever the decision is it will reflect on or before 15 th of june...if at all it exceeds we will have to redo the medicals...
ny1 in the same situation? please help
thank u

Hey @tobs
Had a chat with a really helpful agent on call. Since it’s 9+ months she ut in a note for the agent to look into my file. Secondly the RPRF fee was acknowledged to be received but to her shock it wasn’t entered in the system, so she pit in a note for that as well. Lastly she told me that these steps should help move my file.
Your thoughts on this? And I’m quite in disbelief that they hadn’t updated the fee payment in my profile. What lack of commitment!!
Actually i was in sydney with RRJust wondering where did you get this information? I am June 7th AOR stuck at RR since last 8 months. Last called on 21st March, file was still in CIO, Sydney. Sent the necessary documents in October but no movement yet!!!
