And file mandamus if the wait turns out endless.
Yeah that is also an option, but don't worry my friend. Writ is an option for people who were under SS for more than a year. I am sure that you will get your ppr way sooner than that and hopefully you don't need to think about any of these. :)

Hi guys. I've been a lurker here on this useful forum for the past couple of months.

AOR: June 14, 2018
Eligibility, Criminality, Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete
Final: Approved (on November 23, 2018 as per GCSM January notes).

Primary Office:
Montreal
Category: SW1-FED

Document: COPR/CRP
Created Date: 2018/11/23
Status: Not Started
Valid To: 2019/06/21
Print Queue: PQ-DOC-****-*

Still no PPR, COPR or whatever it is called.

I've raised a number of CSEs.

One of the earlier CSE responses said: "We verified the information you provided and are pleased to inform you that everything appears to be in order with your application. Furthermore, we can confirm that a decision has been made on the application. Rest assured that the responsible office will contact you by mail or email to provide you with that decision."

The most recent CSE response (yesterday) said: "We verified the information provided and can confirm that your application is still in process."

Is there anything else that I can or should be doing? I have tried calling but have not been able to speak to an agent.
Don't raise CSE, call them, and email different offices like Ottawa and NDVO. Seems your file is done already.
Also, check your spam folder regularly.

Email your visa office asking them to kindly resend your PPR that you must have missed it the first time..

Is it correct that they would give you 30 days to submit passport in PPR? If so then now I hope I won't get PPR before March 14 or so, since I'll be leaving Canada on March 28 and return on April 14.

Congratulations on landing! Did you carry bank statements as PoF? Do they ask for proof of finance during landing interview?
I did carry bank statement but they did not asked at all. Officer just asked how much I am carrying, I said 3600CAD, Then he asked If I am carrying any raw meat or fish, I said no. Then he told us to sign both copies of copr asked for a Canadian address. After that he told us to wait for few minutes. After about 8-10 minutes he called my name and handed over our passports and signed copr copy. Then he said we will get our PR card within 4-6 weeks. It was very smooth process. Don't worry you will be fine!

Thanks for your advice guys @leka @Mr_nobody @tobs

I called IRCC and was able to get through to a very friendly agent. She confirmed that the application was approved in November and that there has been no movement in my file since November. She also said that if I don't hear anything by 23rd April, that I should call back.

Patience is a virtue, friends.

Yeah, they only gave me 30 days.Another chance is giving you the landing interview instead of ppr.
Hope you could finish everything before then so you can do the landing in the airport. If not, don't worry you can email them and ask them to give you more time.
Did you decide which country you are going, if you don't mind me asking?
