AOR June 5th, got a ghost update today BG changed to "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check." Medicals not yet passed is it possible to get to IP1 before or that's normal before status changes to "Medicals Passed"

No. I live in the US. Single applicant. One job. Straightforward profile

As per the majority of cases, it takes about 10-12 days for Meds Passed.. and about 3 months to get the PPR.. Now as per the online posts, many did not receive regular status updates to their profile (IP1->NA->IP2->NA) but still got PPR within the above time frame..
