Yes there's no need.
But for your peace of mind, please go ahead. There's enough anxiety to be had waiting for PR approval, you don't want to add the worry of your answers to the statutory questions.

I agree with @tobs. Its your call.

The question itself is not that damning, nor is any answer to it, unless it is NO. As long as you have listed no military or govt organisations for CIC to need to look into in a more in-depth manner, it will not impact your application timelines in any way. Also, you have not lied by stating YES, since you have listed all organisations you have been a part of. Make your peace with it bro

Same behaviour with my account. Not allowing yo login. After entering credentials, it is redirecting back to cic homepage.

i provided workaround for this issue earlier.

try accesing your acccount through different browser if you get redirected to language selection screen and you will be able to login
