It won’t be progress bar but only bar and I know better options to go to a bar rather than this oneNext week they will implement a Progress bar for the Progress bar.
A good theory but doesn't seem likely. They are issuing PPRs to August / September AORs while sitting on approved files for June.Guys, my dad showed this to me today.

Apparently, there are 160 countries that have come together to unify the immigration process. Canada being one of them. There is a lot of discussion and debate going on while this unificiation.
Countries like US have disagreements on how countries like Canada processes immigration applications...
It seems, this is the reason our applications have slowed down to a snail's pace.
But don't you think such things should be applicable for future applications? How can they put the current applications on hold?Guys, my dad showed this to me today.

Once a file is transferred to the LVO, somehow the agents in Canada are unable to see your file and this is why they even ask you to directly contact the concerned LVO.can anyone confirm if its true.
If you call agent and they say that your file is in LVO, chances are your application is still in progress. Canada will only have the information if LVO sends back a confirmation of approval.
@legalfalcon
Congrats. Yes it does.I know at least 4 others who had got ghost update yesterday and got PPR today.

For all of us, security was yet to start until Thursday last week.
All having VO Ottawa.
Hope this info helps.

It seems unlikely that this is the reason for the delay otherwise as cansha said, they would not be issuing ppr mail to september and august guys. I think the main problem is with the applications that are in sidney. Those guys are handling way more apps of what they actually can. They handle initial stage applications, later stage apps and pr cards (who knows what else they handle). If you check the current trends in all of them there have been delays (longer time to pass medical test, holding approved apps for months, longer time to receive pr cards, etc). For those apps that ended up in sidney office it is better not to expect any good news soon. We june guys are the unlucky onesGuys, my dad showed this to me today.
