Not all VOs send the email, that ecas message is AOR2okk so if ecas shows that' we have started processing ur app in august1", that counts as my aor2 date or shud i wait till i get an email from them?

I still have no idea how to reach an operator by calling the CIC at 1-888-242-2100.
I tried to listen to all options but there just isn't one where I could get to an operator because it keeps telling me 0 is not a valid selection.
Could someone, or anyone please tell me what to do to get through?
It's really frustrating and I don't know what to do anymore......

Yes, that's frustrating, it's taking up to 8 weeks now though so I'm not surprised.I have yet to get an AOR1 and I'd like to ask them about it.
People who have submitted their application around my time has gotten their AOR1 already.
I sent it in on June 20, then they sent me a text message saying they received it on June 22, and after that nothing. =/

Yes, the automated machine will ask you for selection. Once she says in order to better assist you just press 2,1,0.Thanks kcward7!
