Hi Everyone,
I am new to this thread. I sent out my application on 16 june and it was received on 19 june.
I received an email with my application number on 18 july and my wife received it on 19 july.
What should I except next after linking the application?

would you mind post the requirement they specified in the letter they sent you? Then it would be easier for people here to give you recommendations..

Here you go:
Passport photos: Passport size photographs (photographs must conform to the specifications outlined in the Guide to Immigrating IMM 3999 and Appendix B Photo Specifications) For photo specifications, follow the instructions http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/pr-card/apply-photos.asp. This must be received at this office by: 2017/08/16

This is really confusing.. Did you get a link in GCKey to upload photos too??

Hey yes i got link to add photos in GCkey with the specification same as you mentioned earlier like:

Frame size
  • The final frame size of the photo must be at least 35mm x 45mm.
  • The photographs must show a full front view of the head and tops of shoulders, with the face in the middle of the photograph.
  • The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31mm and 36mm.
  • Digital dimensions are often expressed in pixels or DPI (dots per inch). The physical dimensions in pixels must be at least 420 x 540.
Quality/resolution
If an existing photo is being scanned, the minimum resolution must be 600 pixels per inch.
File format
  • The file may be submitted in JPEG or JPEG2000 format.
  • The final size of the image should ideally be 240 kB (kilobytes), but not less than 60 kB.
  • The image must be in colour (24 bits per pixel) in RGB colour space, which is the common output for most digital cameras.
So to verify this when i spoke with agent, she told me to follow the link in request letter which says the photos must be of 50mm X 70MM size. and she don't have any idea about format like jpeg, pdf to zip file i can use since i need to submit photos front & back(with info of studio and PA details). there is only 1 upload tab for photos.

I am looking forward to help on this as i am really confused at this point. i am thinking to submit schedule A via GCkey and mail they photos with size of 50 X 70.

I recommend you to send photo in JPEG format with the specification mentioned in gckey account.

Hi guys! Just got my AOR2 today!! Thank god kunting kembot nlg
Hey Luke,
Congrats on the AOR2, ECAS changing to "In Progress" and passing your medical - all today!!! What a great day!!! I added your info in the May spreadsheets (both May Outland 2017 and consolidated outland 2017 since your application was received by CIC on May 24. 2017, which is not even the last week of May. I think your timeline is more for appropriate for the May spreadsheets than the June one. :)
