Try with the application number and then using sponsor name, dob and pob ..

U will get all info related to sponsor and PA ..

So far I didn't hear anything from CIC for application then How do i have application number?

Also, I tried with my UCI ID, name, dob and pob --> There is no result.

I tried with PR Card number, name, dob and pob --> There is no result.

My husband(sponsor) used my scanned pdf signature. I sent the scanned sig to him. He used that and they didn't return the application. Received aor sa and medical request already.

Sponsor receives the application back in case they decide to return it. I hope that's not the case for you though.

You application is paper based? For paper based application sometimes they take 6 to 7 weeks to send AOR.
