***JUNE 2017***OUTLAND SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP OUTSIDE OF CANADA

i have a question about schedule A form regarding educational history. since i'm from india so i want to know what exactly is the elementary level considered cos as far as i know its upto grade 8 then afterwards its secondary (9-10) and higher secondary (11-12).But the lawyer which we hired in canada is using grade 1-10 as elementary, which i'm unable to come terms with. moreover its written that we only need to mention our secondary and post secondary education but he's giving my educational history as follows:
post-secondary-> university and college (correct)
secondary-> grade 11-12 (confused cos i want it as grade 9-12)
elementary--> grade 1-10 (highly confused cos i dont think cic asked for my fifth grade n all )


so anybody who has opinion regarding this is welcome
 
in Saskatchewan,
elementary is Kindergarten (age 5) Grades 1 to 8
secondary (highschool) Grades 9 to 12
post secondary University/College

Finally, I laready posted here before, before getting into the subject, thanks a lot for those who were supporting me here. So what we have now: First applied in March 2017, but due to some mistakes from my lawyer the case was sent back on Apr 19. On June 12, resubmitted. AOR July 11.

Issues that currently have: Cannot link the application to my account? Anyone had the same problem?

And a question: how long the case/file is in Canada before it goes overseas?

Look forward to any advice and assistance!

Are you putting 2 as number of applicants? (Assuming it is just you and your partner on the application, then number of applicants is 2). This seems to be the most common source of problems for linking.

The file remains in CPC Mississauga generally until they have received all documentation and results of medical. You can expect the file to be in CPC M for at least a few months prior to transfer.

Yes initially i put 1 several times. But last times I tried as 2. Nothing. Done with the attempts for today. Will give a try tomorrow.

How is the process in general? is it getting quicker? or just concentrate on 12 months as it is advised.

The new process has only been in place since December 2016 so it is impossible to say. The target for 80 percent of applications is 12 months so if you stick with that mind frame you're being realistic. :)

I got the SA approval on Monday and that letter stated that PA will receive an email as well requesting SCH A. They did not mention PCC.

Any idea what is the timeline between being approved for SA and PA receiving the SCH A & PCC request? (I gave the same email for Sponsor & PA)
Also, do we upload these documents on GCKEY or mail it to CIC?

In this case, should I put down 2 or 3?
