No one can tell you as each file is unique and we are not visa officers issuing the visas. I suggest you review your local visa office thread and look for trends. The time line is within 12 months

My husband (PA) hasn't got any email about AOR2, but the 3rd line got added on PA's ECAS stating they have started processing on August 22nd. And no, our VO is Sydney, Australia.

Today the principal applicant account got updated and got 3rd line added that they started processing the file.
But I also received an email regarding pcc and right to resident fee which i have already paid.
In the email it states that if you havent submitted then addressed it.
What should I do guys anybody got the same thing or not?
