Sorry, am I missing something? But where does it say that an AOR1 is equivalent to an SA? I've always thought that an AOR1 is simply an indication that your package seems complete (i.e. you have provided all the relevant documents); but in no way does IRCC assure sponsor approval at that point. Correct me if I'm wrong.Yup...u r eligible nd can try gckey link..
I used the application number that started with "F" then PA last name leave place of birthWhat way did you do it?
I've been trying different ways to link our app with no luck. Tried the instructions on the spreadsheet and checked out some other threads for other tips. It keeps telling me the app can't be found. So frustrating!
I used application number that started with "f" and PA last name. Leave place of birth and country of birth blank. Put PA passport information. The province and city is what was included on your application where the PA where live. Number of applicants would be 2 if only PA and SA if there is dependants add them to the number. What way did you do it?

The request to link (contained in AOR1) comes first before your eligibility is reviewed. Even if she gets an AOR1, you can still be declined as a sponsor.I am even yet to get aor as the sponsor. The only thin I have so far from cic is the text msg acknowledgement that my paper application was received. The next thin is a mail to my wife containing her app number and ucl asking her to link the acct online. So my question guys, ' if I wasn't deem eligible or have not been certify eligible....would she be asked to go ahead and link online? I need clarification. Thanks
