June 2017 Citizenship Applicants - (pre C6 rule)

Although they aren't going through this rigorous exercise - but what are the chances that the concerned officer would ask any docs pertainign to the kids (cause filed together).

Haha.. I would take everything just to be on the safe side :)
 
I received the test invite yesterday by email. Surprising me that my test in Scarborough and I am living in Mississauga.
  1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on June 26, 2017.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on August 1, 2017.
  3. We started processing your application on August 3, 2017.
  4. We sent you a notice on December 20, 2017 to appear and write the citizenship test on January 17, 2018 at 10:15 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us

I had my test and interview on October 19. the officer asked for translation of stamps in my passport. he said that he will send me the instructions in mail to submit the official translations. I received the instructions at the end of November and I mailed the translations the same day. there is no update in my file since then. Do you know how long would it will take to receive the letter for oath ceremony?

It will take some time before sending you the oath invite, between 1 to 2 months after last documents u send.
But I have here a question, they waited for more than a month after the test (from oct 19 to end of Nov) to send you request for translation?
 
got the test invite for JAN 03, 2018 in Scarborough, ON. Ecas (Online) says that they sent the invite letter on DEC 11 but I didn't receive any letter yet... Please update the sheet.
