Want to ask I have representative which s my hubby.. and he choose french as my language is it ok to take exam and will have an interview in English ..

Question guys: I know we have to Put NA when there is a question which is not applicable and not leave anything empty but what about the check boxes, for example question 9 part F, yes or no does not apply to me so I was planning to leave it blank.
BTW as Selfish as it might sound, I have C6 takes few months before get implemented, C24 added two years for me and I just hope that we wont get affected negatively by C6.

Don't worry about c 6 it will take time the same as c 24 minimum 6 months if not one year for 3/4 years to be implemented ,

Don't ever leave any question without an answer, if either options are not applicable then hand write NA after you print the application.

In question 9-F, I've checked No (to give my consent to IRCC to access my LINC result). I know it is not application because I've never did LINC but it is clearly mentioned underneath that : "Note that if you do not provide consent, you will be required to submit alternative acceptable proof of language with your application"

If nothing applies, check no. Don't leave any question unanswered.

Thank you for starting this thread: I have a rookie question:

I complete my time under the new rule on June 16th 2017. I came to Canada in Sept, 2007.
first got stuck in the pill up of moving office and centralizing PR application in Ottawa. After got stuck in the 4/6 rule with no credit to student and Pre PR work credit. Was initially going to apply June 15th,2015.

Long story short, im eligible to apply as off June 16th, 2017. I was in and out for two weeks per year for vacation. Making my date around 15 July, 2017.

My question is: Even if the bill C-6 passes, i can still apply under 4/6 till the effective date of 3/5 rule which would be later on.
is that correct.?

Thank you for your insights

Does it matter where you apply from? If you live in Ottawa or Toronto or Montreal or Vancouver or some other city, do you get different processing centres/time for the application?

The rule passed today but the 3/5 provision takes some time to become effective so I think the answer of your question is YES, you can apply under 4/6

I guess the forms will be revised before end of June; immediately after the Royal assent of C-6.
