Assuming he has the same family name, check the ECAS status where you could find all family details showing whether has has an AOR or not. Another try, check the online status using your son's PR # of COPR #. From there you can contact the IRCC to request another email copy of the AOR, other than that, if not yet issued, I'd suggest you wait for a couple of days before you contact them coz it should be on the way!

Ecas link you sent doesn't give any info
Says that it's not updated
Or may be the forth AOR arrived later despite all apps were sent in same envelope

People do provide update only if they have an update... they will not keep posting saying no updates if they have not received any updates. June Tracker looks good so far as every one has provided updates if their application is delivered. Lets be patient and wait for every ones AOR's. Sometimes from the past tracker if you see there could be delays even for the people applied on 1st day of the month to receive the AOR's and other updates.

Yep I agree too. Specially the obvious ones which are clearly not updated. Maybe even send them a reminder or notice before deletion.

This way the spreadsheet will me more accurate in predicting time lines.
