I haven't received an email with the details though, which is kind of strange. Not in the spam folder or the main inbox. Does the email arrive later?

My wife received first an update on the ECAS dated 4th Oct for test invite and later after few days received the physical letter dated 4th Oct through MAIL. And on 12th Oct she received the electronic copy through EMAIL of the same letter she received through MAIL. But the electronic copy letter was dated 12th Oct instead of 4th Oct.

Her test was on 27th Oct in Edmonton and now she is waiting for her Oath invite.

Does tax filing date for citizenship application makes a difference? I filed after April 30th for two of my tax years. I didnt owe any thing to CRA for those years- since I was a student.

Question: if at the interview time I present a copy of IELTs results, will that cause a problem? I read that we should present original documents, but original IELTs was sent to cic as part of FWS application.

I don't think that should be a problem, if you can also keep your educational certificates/transcripts, to back up. Don't worry should be fine.

hey congrats on your test.How do you know your ceremony is in january?if you go to "finding citizenship ceremony''for saskatchewan & i guess you from saskatchewan too,there are no oath ceremonies coming up for december or january
