Hello everybody!

I just sent the application for my husband and our son, it should arrive at CPC friday!

The waiting begins... :)

Good luck to you all!!

I have a trivial question on visa office...

Once our app is received I would like to add me to the speadsheet...
I think is this one: docs[dot]google[dot]com/spreadsheets/d/1nQFdDeeLRGrdl_DzlAumwv6nyz-oprHo5rU1bGdDdqs/edit?pref=2&pli=1#gid=658388151

Going through it I noticed that Mississauga is not the VO for every Fam. Spons.. So what VO refers to? It is not the place where we sent the app? Is the VO of the country of the main applicant?

Looks a bit smokey to me (actually I also dont understand all the AOR, SA, etc... and I cant find a legenda to decode them)..

All application package are sent in Mississauga at the beginning. Once the Sponsor Approval stage has been completed, it will be sent to respective VO. The VO will depend on where the applicant is residing or what VO handles the application for that country. Example: If you're residing in Thailand, your visa office is Singapore.

I have a question about medical, maybe you guys can help me. I was suppose to send my application today but when we are doing the final review it catches our attention to medical. Do we need to include the medical result to our application or should I wait for the immigration to send me the 1017 form?

By the way, I am in a conjugal partnership application for Family class.

Hope someone can answer us, we are excited to send the application now!:)

You should have done the medical upfront. The doctor will give you a piece of paper with your information on it that and a bar-code that should be sent with your application. Waiting until the medical is requested (unless otherwise stated in a country specific guide) has a good chance of delaying your application.

I have a question for you though. What legal/immigration barriers do you have that make you unable to establish common-law or get married to your partner? Conjugal is tough to prove.

Ohhh thank You guys! Now I see the light at the end of the tunnel... even if the tunnel is thousands of km :)
CPC-M app received signed by R.Raspal :D

Good luck everyone! We just sent in our application today! Should be there in a week or so. Thanks to everyone on the forum for being so helpful.

AOR received!! Yes!!! ;D

I was wondering and I can't find anything specifically on it... What is the PPR procedure? I know it means passport request but... will my husband and son go through it? Will we need to send their passports to Rome? ::)

Thanks for your help

I am curious as to why there are 2 separate threads for 'June 2016 - Outland Spousal Applications'

What I heard from the forum and friends is that there is no hard requirement that you have to have a job.
And there is no restriction of going out of the country for small duration ranging from 1 to 2 weeks. Hope this helps.
