Got our SA mail - approval received on 49th day - pleasant surprise as processing at the time still showed 56 days - now it's dropped to 47! Let's hope Delhi processes apps quick...

Good to see July thread getting SA's - maybe everyone now more or less back to work after summer holidays!

are you moving to BC?

I've been in Smithers, BC since December 24th, 2015. It was a seven day road trip from Michigan. I have personal health insurance, but BC allows you to start the process of getting health insurance after you have sponsor approval. They have a three month waiting period before insurance kicks in, so getting a jump start on the forms is always a bonus.

I'm hoping to flagpole before the snow starts. I've driven in the snow on these northern roads and it can be quite a white knuckle experience. ;)

Winter.

The only thing that sucks about Canada. Lol..

My wife's in for an unpleasant surprise, she's never seen snow before and quite literally thinks 24C is cold. Lmao

She definitely is in for a surprise! It has been dropping down to 12C here at night and this morning I woke up to find fresh snow on the mountain tops. Winter is coming!

Jai Ganesh ji

I had the similar letter sent for New Delhi. How long are you expecting it to take for the next step(s)? I'm assuming it won't take the 18-19 months as CIC laid out.

Thanks itsasyn17 :)

I never got SA email so not sure but I think my VO is Sydney.

you guys will see update's soon @shminhas, Milasaki :)

No, it means SA has been granted and app forwarded and starting to process PR side.

AOR2 will come as an email to the PA, if at all.

I took a glance at NDVO 2015 spreadsheet and the tendency seems to be roughly about a year for the whole process.

I thought third line on PA side was AOR2. I guess I was mistaken. My apologies.
