Who's Information do we need to fill in there?

I am getting error?

how did you link it?

principal applicant information.

choose category - permanent residence
choose sub category - family class (spouses)
choose application number and uci and then enter application number and uci.

now add city of birth, country of birth, and then add passport number of pa, country of passport issue, issue date and expiry date.

and the last one fill them, this one is more important, you need to fill out exactly what you filled on your forms... or it will say error..

province ? what you wrote on your forms?
city town village? what you wrote on your forms?
current marital status? what you wrote on your forms?
number of family members? write this 2 if you are sponsoring only wife/husband i.e you the sponsor and your wife/husband that is 2.

Haven't received any further email of AOR1. Any Idea what should I do? because many people got their AOR1 within 30 days but mine has crossed over 40 days not and still no AOR1 email.

Any help will be appreciated.

You can't do anything....but wait (very difficult to do). I have the same situation...up to now we didnt receive any AOR1. So hopefully next step will be SA directly. Hold on!

Same situation. My application was received on June 6 via DHL. No AOR1 or SA yet. I called CIC, they told me to call back on August 2 if I haven't receive any email notice by that time.

This has been happening lately. Fill out a Use of Representative form for each other. If you have your address listed in the UK and the mailing address as his address in Canada, they need to be able to share information with the spouse. A technicality/legality issue.

So we just need to fill them out with me as his Rep. and him as mine? We put his address as Canadian everywhere since he has legal status here (he is on IEC visa).

I am the same situation with both of you, too. My sponsor (Canadian) still didn't get any email also. Hoepfully we will get SA directly.
My time line:
App. sent : 9th June 2016
App. files : 15th June 2016

Fingers Crossed for SA , hope we will get a good news soon. Cheer up and keep patient together.

My wife was able to link our app to her CIC account by entering the bare minimum information, so by leaving out the passport information it linked properly. Try ignoring all optional fields. Of course ours says not started on the sponsor eligibility and our app isn't in ecas yet either, only medical show as passed. Hope that we see an update by about first week of august. Processing times site says 56 days for sponsor approval step rather than 57 days. Woo-hoo I guess.

I was having issues but apparently if you leave out passport info it works. I only filled in application number and family name

it seems that most of us didn't receive AOR1 (including me!)
relax!! very likely we will be able to receive SA directly by the end of this month

I can not log on either, I've tried every single combination (and I've been locked out for the 2nd time due to too many attempts)
At least I can log onto ECAS, not that either gives out much information.

I'm in the same boat. Locked out for a second day in a row. Oh well. Good news is that SA approvals should start for June applicants this week.

I can't get in either!! I tried every possible permutation based on AOR 1 (sponsor UCI + application number) but nothing works -- and I am locked out!

Wonder if it's because SA is in progress and I haven't received a PA's UCI - oh well! at least ECAS works so I know they have our application and SA is in progress!!

Unfortunately there are still many May applicants that are still waiting for SA (one was told to call at the beginning of August, and another was told to call at the end of August). I am pretty sure there was a June applicant that got SA about 2 weeks ago : Lucky!!!!
