Our application ecas now says "In Process" on both "Sponsorship Application Status" and "Permanent Residence Application Status" for husband and son... I didn't receive any comunication about SA, does it mean that I've been approved already as a sponsor? Reading the color codes on the spreadsheet looks like "In Process" status come usually after SA, is it correct? ::)

thanks

Hello,

No need to wait man......

I applied for visitor visa in April 2016 for my wife, who is student in USA. (Student visa). And she got multiple entry visa till 2019 (expiry of passport)

I haven't sent my file yet. I will send soon in 2-3 weeks.

I had same reason that she wants to visit here between two semester break.

So go ahead and apply. No need to worry !! You will get VISA......

Thanks a lot @Raj2014. All the best with your application.

I would dare to assume that indeed you got SA...as you got "In Process" in the principal applicant side :) . Maybe some of experienced members can confirm that.

Congrats!!!

Now we wait for Puffball's AOR (they rec'd the app the same day they got mine :( )

Heh, no news on my side yet. Maybe I am one of the "lucky" ones, who doesn't receive AOR1 at all ::)

And that's usually my luck :'(

I've heard they input things wrong (email addy's, addresses, sending an app back) because of inexperienced people. They input my husbands address wrong (our old address) which they took from my form :o

So who knows what really goes on :-X

I'm finally able to access eCAS. Yay!
I had to go in through the sponsor info. In Process on SA, received on PA. And everything looks correct. Whew!

The PA side will only show as "In Process" once the sponsor has been approved.

It could take up to a week to recieve correspondence concerning SA.

If it says in process, and when you click it there is 3 lines- Recieved date, start process date, and med recieved- you have SA.
