I would like you to help me giving some advice regarding CIC.

SINP Nomination: 27th May
App Sent to CIC: 5th June, 2015
App reached at CIC: 10th June, 2015

What happens next? I haven't received any letter from CIC regarding if my application have been received by them or not. It was DHL system that notified me, my documents have been delivered to CIC.

When should I expect for XOR /XEP?

Your advice will be highly appreciated.

Hi! approximately 36-37days after cic received your application cic will send you AOR tru email or just update your ecas (if you have your client ID already you can check it tru cic.gc.ca ) . Some of the applicants here didn't recieved any AOR same as you but some recently recieved an SA tru email or ecas. Theres a possiblity that even you didnt get an AOR; you will recieved SA this month. Dont worry you will hear good news soon!

I have got two number, one is file number and another is nomination number. I havenot got Client ID yet. I have tried to use ECAS using file and nomination number but status is not displayed. I guessed that they had not opened my application yet so ECAS is not displaying my status.

A very good morning good news, I have checked my ecas and there is updated status DECISION MADE ;D but no email confirmation, Trust i will receive email sooon

When I called CIC, I asked the agent if I would receive an email since I had provided one, and he told me that when it comes to decisions, they most often send an actual letter in the mail. So I'd tell you to expect a letter in the mail versus an email since this is in regards to a decision. Just a little heads up!

I never got an AOR and I remember the feeling of nervousness! You don't have to worry though. I can assure you that your file has been opened. I had tried a few different ways to long on to ECas before I got my UMI number and every time it wouldn't work. But I had my decision made on the 28th of July and my file had been opened the 8th of July. I'd say call CIC, if you fall on a nice agent, he/she might give you your UMI number and you will be able to get on to ECas.

The letter by mail should give you all that info. If not then I guess we will all be calling CIC.
