June 2015 - Outland applications

Hey all...is there really a need for the June 2015 spreadsheet when there is already a 2015 Outland spreadsheet? It's easier to see how things are progressing when you can see what's happening to those who applied in the months before you....

I noticed there's also a Mar-Apr-May spreadsheet as well....

I can see advantages of having a spreadsheet based by visa office, as each has their own quirks (and these are for any month / year of application)...

Just wondering...

Personally I find having an extra spreadsheet for this specific topic easier to follow and extract recent information from than the longer one for 2015. The year averages, for example, are several days off compared to our month so far.

I agree the global 2015 one has its use too, so I'm using that one too. But It's far from complete or up to date, unfortunately.

So far people here have received AOR on Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, and Sat, so it seems like they go out during regular business hours. It can probably be assumed that CIC officers get Sundays off.

Yes, unfortunately many people keep making other spreadsheets that limit the amount of useful data. However, you can use the June view of 2015 to get your right dates:

Can someone confirm that after the package arrives, we don't hear anything until we get a SA in the mail?
Just want to confirm, because the USA process sends you a notice of action when the receive your application (before any first stage approval).

Also… I'm not sure why but I can't find my entry on the spreadsheet anymore. My package was received (confirmed by Canada Post tracking) on June 10. I'll try and add it in again tonight.

CIC should send AOR (current average is in 30-40 days), which is Acknowledgement of Receipt. It's just the official confirmation that they got your application, even though most people already know because they track their package with Canada Post or their courier. AOR sometimes does not happen, and they go straight ahead until they send you SA. But in recent months they have been sending AOR to most people.

Nothing here either, but I don't expect anything until the end of the week. If they send us an AOR, that is. :S
