So my partner's interview was last Wednesday, Nov. 26th. We went together and feel that it went well (quite a nerve-wracking experience I must say). The Visa Officer didn't ask me any questions, but she did request to see me- I guess to match me up with the pictures we submitted?

Anyways, our E-Cas has now changed to "In Process". They started processing our application on November 27th (last Thursday). Now we wait (in agony). We've come so far and are hoping to be together soon here in Canada.

Great to see so many people getting COPR...Congrats to everyone who has had success so far with their applications and reuiniting with their spouses :)

Thank you !! My husband has until mid-May to land.
Have you heard anything yet?

No not yet 2 months ago they asked me for my residence permit of Portugal so I sent them and that expired on 8th of November. So on 12th November they again asked me for a valid permit of one year as my previous one was expiring and I did renew that now I have the permit of Portugal which is valid for next 2 years and I sent them that copy of my permit on 15th of November so until now I haven't hear anything hope to hear soon.

One day i am going to login and see in process . Until then i just have to :) and wait . On the other hand my husband comes to visit in 9 more sleeps.

We got "In Process" last Tuesday, and DM today!

Holy that is exciting!!
We sent our app in July 11th (it arrived)
SA was August 28th (7 Weeks later)
SO I'm going to use your application as an example simply because I'm super hopeful and positive. But assuming that we should hear SOMETHING before the middle of January.
I know every app is different.... BUT I can be hopeful right?

Congratulations! I hope the best for you and yours!

Congratulations to all that are having decisions made and/or have already landed! What a great time of the year for such a roller coaster ride to be over! Sending in a severance of common law form tomorrow and hopefully it will be smooth sailing from here on out!

Seriously, a fantastic time for all the approvals! Right in time for the holidays.

My husband decided to wait for the COPR here because we are sick of being apart. Last week on our way back from the US, we stopped at the Canadian border office and got his passport stamped so he can stay here for 6 months. Hopefully we hear something before MAY. -_-

We did the same / have me stay here for 6 months in hopes we hear something before May. However, I didn't get my passport stamped since I use nexus. They actually haven't stamped my passport in a few years.

I wasn't aware you can only stay for 6 months if they stamp your passport, I thought it was automatically implied 6 months if they don't stamp it.

Hello June 2014 applicants!

My husband received his visa yesterday, which was issued on November 20th! A total of 6 months from June 3rd to December 3rd 2014 for our application to be completed and visa issued from what was to be 31 months processing time for Singapore office. Good Luck to everyone else!

That's fantastic.Lets hope London pulls out their finger soon.

Hi, I am Canadian and I am sponsoring my partner/common-law spouse who is Norwegian.
We live in Norway and were sent through Ottawa and not London as we expected.

I have added us to the list.

K :)
