I haven't seen a June 2014 applicants topic yet so thought I'd start one. We are an American common-law applicant with Canadian sponsor, living together in the US for over 4 years. Our application is complete and fees paid. It will go out by courier tomorrow. And so the waiting (finally!) begins...

Thanks for starting this! I was thinking of doing one. I had sent my application on Monday June 2nd and CIC Mississauga received my package, now it's just waiting and hoping for good results.

Thanks! We just submitted ours today .. CPC Mississauga should receive by tomorrow. It felt scary to hand over! We've been working on ours for a long time. Does anyone know how to make a spreadsheet?

I just looked at the spreadsheet, my package got there on the 3rd but cic hasn't looked at it yet since its now 55 days for step 1. Just letting you know so the spreadsheet is updated

I just sent my application on Friday. CPC- Mississauga will receive it on Tuesday. I am sponsoring my American common-law partner of 2.5 years.

An update: I submitted to the wrong CPC-M location and was just able to change it to the Robert Speck Parkway address for courier packages. (Had to wait the whole weekend to do that - torture!)

I guess Yaak is the only one who can update the spreadsheet? Also, how do you get this type of info under your username?

I found a way to change the spreadsheet settings so that anyone with the link can edit it. Please do so as your information changes.

You can change the information under your user name once you have made 10 posts.

How do you know when the CPC-M visa office has received your application? Do they notify you when the receive it or only when they start processing it? I sent mine out about a week and a half ago.

While some applicants receive an AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) most seemingly do not and have to rely upon the delivery confirmation of the 3rd party delivery service that was used. In our case, the US Postal Service confirms that our application was delivered yesterday. For most of us, the first we hear from CPC-M may be Sponsor Approval and right now that is taking close to two months time

I'm sending my application to Mississauga by FedEx today so it should be delivered tomorrow! Visa office will be Havana.

Hello everyone! I am a Canadian born citizen and have married a Swede. We have 2 boys (1 born in Canada, the other born in France) and have applied for my husband's PR card. We send the PR application off on May 29th and it was received on June 2nd. Medical exam is done and fees are paid - fingers crossed for a smooth and efficient process.

Yikes, so I have to pretty much wait to hear back in the next few months (55 days and increasing) to know whether or not they actually received it. Australia Post doesn't seem to have a way of tracking internationally, which is strange because they gave me a tracking number that doesn't work, but insured me it's "signature on delivery" - comforting. -_-

Well, fingers crossed that it actually made it there. I don't trust immigration offices much after the Australian Immigration office received papers, but had my money order go missing which was in the same envelope and claimed that they "looked everywhere but it was never received".
