It's been a year and I am still waiting to receive my test invitation.

Does anyone still in the same situation ? Waiting for the test?

Yes I am still waiting. I am a female, mississauga office, lots of travel history, app received june. I am still waiting as well. why do you think yours is taking so long, any travel?

For those who already had the oath ceremony. I received the invite letter and they asked me to bring with me all the original documents I used to apply to the citizenship. Is this the standard invite they use? Do we need really to bring with us all the documents?
My second question is regarding the Ecas status, I still have in process and not decision made. Is this normal?

I took all the documents with me, plus proof of travel for all travel after my application. I decided better safe than sorry. I ended up not needing anything except the IDs.

i have one question please, did everybody who done the test with you at the same day got their oath after three months(as you) or sooner than that? i assume that you new some of them at least through the forum here.

Hi ibaadat,

I think lot of travel history is a huge factor for them to delay the process. I am speculating but I also had to renew my PR once because my travel history.

I also heard we might require a Hearing with a judge but this is also speculation.

We just need to be patient and wait.

Nothing more in the eCAS but the agent told me the file transferred to local office (Miss) October

My timeline is:
app received June 2nd.
Processing started: July 30th
Still shows in process and no new updated as of today. Very frustrated.

People who got the questionnaires, can you please provide your timeline to this reply.

No News , still waiting for test , still checking mail box every day and finding junk mails............. I hope this process might be little more transparent, ..........
