For those who already had the oath ceremony. I received the invite letter and they asked me to bring with me all the original documents I used to apply to the citizenship. Is this the standard invite they use? Do we need really to bring with us all the documents?
My second question is regarding the Ecas status, I still have in process and not decision made. Is this normal?

Finally my journey is 90% done.

I had my test last Thursday and I hit 20/20 on the test and the interview was very nice !!

So, now wait two or three months for the oath ceremony.

Hi all juners, we are in our 10th month, and 1 yr anniversary near the corner. To those who have completed the journey, enjoy being a proud Canadian. To those who r still waiting, pls believe that this will eventually come to and end.

it might be a good idea to approach your MP. this is an election year and to fight for immigrant votes, the government has no choice but address the problem

I lost hope completely on getting invitation letter any soon.. its is very frustrating every day checking mail box finding junk there.

I have two friends also from my country that already got their citizenship after 5 and 7 months respectively. Ours is 10 months and nothing.
